XtraSyncs was created in 2023 by Charlie Caplowe and Johnny Lloyd over an interest in building a Film & TV music library that embraced their mutual appreciation for fairer deals for writers and musicians in the Music Industry.

Charlie has owned Xtra Mile Recordings for 20 years, recently achieving a Number 1 in the UK Official Album Chart with Frank Turner’s‘FTHC’ album in 2022.

Johnny is a recording artist in his own right and has to date had over 10,000 syncs worldwide on Film/TV, recently scoring the music for multiple BAFTA nominated Sky series ‘I Hate Suzie’.
